Return & Refund Policy
At Earthbound, we stand behind the science of our technology. We want to ensure you have the best possible experience as you reconnect with the Earth’s natural energy.
1. Order Cancellations (Prior to Shipment)
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed, provided the item has not yet shipped.
- How to Cancel: Please email your request to hello@tryearthbound.com.
- Important Note: Cancellations are only accepted prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
2. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 90-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Because the physiological benefits of grounding are cumulative, we require that you use our product for a full 30 days to give your body, mind, and sleep cycles a fair chance to adjust and heal.
Whether the product is in new condition or has been used, you are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit if you are not satisfied after this 30-day trial period.
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not offer in-store or physical drop-off locations for returns. To ensure your refund is processed efficiently, please follow this numbered flow:
- Request a Return: Contact us at hello@tryearthbound.com to initiate the process.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and specific instructions. Please do not ship items before receiving this.
- Prepaid Label: We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email at no cost to you.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack your Earthbound product to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Drop your package off at the designated carrier listed on your prepaid label.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received at our fulfillment center in Ontario, CA, your return will be inspected, and your refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Shipping Costs & Fees
- Return Shipping: Earthbound is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a functional issue, please email a photo and description to hello@tryearthbound.com.
- We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs incurred.
- These returns are also handled by mail only via a prepaid label we provide.
6. Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we process refunds within 2 business days.
- Bank Clearance: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Lifetime Warranty
All Earthbound products come with a lifetime warranty against functional defects. If the product fails to conduct or sustains structural damage under normal use, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
