  • What is grounding (or earthing)?

    Grounding means reconnecting your body to the Earth's natural electrons — like walking barefoot on grass, but while you sleep. The Earth's surface holds a slightly negative charge that, when transferred to your body, may help neutralize inflammation, support better sleep, and improve circulation.

  • How does the pad actually work?

    You plug the included grounding cord into a grounded wall outlet. The outlet's grounding wire connects to the Earth itself. Free electrons travel from the Earth, through the cord, into the pad's conductive carbon fiber mesh. While you sleep, those electrons transfer through your fitted sheet to your body — the same effect as standing barefoot on grass.

  • Why carbon fiber instead of silver thread?

    Silver oxidizes. Every wash degrades the conductivity of silver-thread sheets, and within a year or two, they stop working effectively. Carbon fiber is inert — it doesn't oxidize, doesn't fray, and conducts electrons identically after a year as it does on day one. Buy it once.

  • Will it block EMF?

    The pad has been shown to block harmful electric fields from WiFi routers, microwaves, computers, and phone chargers. The carbon fiber acts as a Faraday-style shield while you sleep on it.

  • What about lightning storms?

    The 100kΩ resistor built into the grounding cord protects against power surges. That said, during a severe electrical storm, we recommend unplugging just as you would any other electronic device — out of an abundance of caution.

  • Can I just walk barefoot instead?

    You absolutely can — barefoot grounding is the original method. The challenge is consistency. Most people don't have safe, easy access to bare earth daily, especially in cold months or urban environments. The pad gives you 6-8 hours of grounded contact every night without needing to leave your bed.

  • How do I clean the pad?

    Wipe gently with a damp cloth as needed. The carbon fiber doesn't require frequent washing because it's inert. Avoid harsh detergents or fabric softeners, which can damage the conductive surface.

  • What size should I order?

    Single/Half-Bed (28"×70"): Twin, Twin XL, Split-King, or one side of a King.

  • Can my partner share the pad?
