Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Earthbound, we maintain our own inventory to ensure the highest quality and fastest delivery. As a US-based global brand, we utilize a distributed fulfillment model to ensure our grounding products reach our community as efficiently as possible. By maintaining inventory across a network of strategic logistics partners, we are able to manage quality control and streamline the delivery process.

 


 

1. Fulfillment & Origin of Shipment

To provide the best service, orders are dispatched from the nearest facility that has your items in stock:

  • Domestic Orders (USA): Typically fulfilled through our primary logistics partner in Ontario, California.

  • International Orders: Dispatched via our global fulfillment network to ensure reliable transit to the UK, Oceania, Europe, and beyond.

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is prepared for dispatch, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking status in their system.

To ensure reliable and secure delivery, we partner with the following professional carriers:

  • Domestic (USA): USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • International: DHL Express and local national postal authorities.
