At Earthbound, we stand behind the quality of our products. Owned and operated by Simplify the Label LLC, we provide a transparent return and warranty process to ensure a secure shopping experience.

1. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer an extended 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all Earthbound® products.

  • Trial Period: You may request a return at any time within 90 days of delivery.

  • Condition: We accept returns for products that have been used as part of your grounding trial.

  • Options: You may choose between a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement, or an exchange.

  • Fees: There are $0 restocking fees.

  • Return Shipping: Earthbound is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our fulfillment center.

2. Lifetime Warranty

We are pleased to offer a Lifetime Warranty on the functional integrity of our grounding products.

  • Coverage: This covers manufacturing defects, functional failures, or damage to the conductive materials.

  • Resolution: If your product or grounding cable experiences a functional issue, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

  • Exclusions: The warranty covers normal use; however, we reserve the right to limit replacements for intentional damage or repeated loss.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

For inquiries regarding items that arrive damaged or become defective:

  1. Please email a photo of the product and a brief explanation to hello@tryearthbound.com.

  2. Our team will review the documentation and initiate a replacement or return immediately.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Method: Refunds are issued exclusively to the original method of payment. We cannot issue refunds to alternative cards or bank accounts.

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received at our Ontario, CA facility, we process the refund within 2 business days.

  • Bank Reflection: Most financial institutions take 3–5 business days to reflect the refund. Please allow up to 7 business days before contacting support regarding a missing credit.
