We are happy to hear that you are interested in our Grounding products! We strive to provide the best products and service possible, and are proud to provide a 60-Day Guarantee on all of our products. Simply use our product and if you aren't happy with the results, just reach out to our customer service team and they will process a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit for you at no additional charge.
We recommend completing the full 60 days of testing to monitor your health and wellbeing after using our product, but this is not a requirement for our guarantee. You can claim it at any time. So far, less than 1% of our customers have claimed a refund using the guarantee, so we believe you'll be happy to Ground with Earthbound.
For damage or defect inquiries, we just ask for a photo of the product and explanation (so we can improve our products and logistics) before we begin the return process.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment. We cannot refund your money to a different card or bank, it has to be the same one used for purchase.
Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
