After dealing with serious menopausal symptoms, including lack of sleep, nervousness...etc. I starting looking elsewhere than medications that were making it worse. I am able to get out of bed easier
I feel like the mattress pad is really helping with my pain in the morning. I am able to get out of bed easier and seem to be sleeping more deeply and waking less times a night. It has only been about a month and am hoping that this will continue to improve as more time goes on.
I was finally able to fall asleep
I've only used it a few nights and am already seeing a difference in sleep quality. I have arthritis and the first night was painful. I had been traveling for a week and the night after I returned was especially painful after a day of shuttles, airports, and flying. Mat probably reduced the pain enough I was finally able to fall asleep. I take no prescription or otc pain meds, so it may have been a pretty good test. I had been a bit skeptical
I just love the mattress pad. I had been a bit skeptical but thought what have you got lose, other than money, Let me tell you it was the best purchase ever. I had trouble falling asleep with my insomnia and pain from neuropathy. I tried cannabis which sometimes helped with sleep but did nothing for my neuropathy. Once we put on the mattress pad things started to change. After the first night I was able to fall asleep within minutes and the best part, neuropathy no longer bothered me at night and sleep through the night only to get up to use the bathroom and was then able to fall back asleep almost immediately.

I have struggled with insomnia my whole life. I tried EVERYTHING. Sleep studies, feng shui, no electronics, sleep apps, plus the nightly concoction of pills that “kind of” worked was ridiculous….Ambien, melatonin, 2 Benadryl. Maybe I’ll be asleep by 1AM. Nothing worked. I’ve been using the grounding mat for a month. The first week I was skeptically enthusiastic but still suspicious. I thought it was probably psychosomatic and would quit working.
