At Earthbound, we want to ensure you are informed every step of the way as your order makes its journey from our fulfillment center to your bedroom.

How to Track Your Order

Tracking your package is simple. Please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Email: Once your order has been processed and shipped (usually within 24–48 hours), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
  2. Find Your Number: Inside that email, you will find a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
  3. Click to View: Simply click the link or copy the number into the carrier’s tracking portal to see the real-time status of your delivery.

Our Shipping Partners

To ensure your grounding pad arrives safely and on time, we partner with the most reliable carriers in the country, including:

  1. USPS
  2. UPS
  3. FedEx

The specific carrier for your order will be identified in your Shipping Confirmation email.

Didn’t Receive Your Tracking Information?

If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking number, please check the following:

  1. Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes these automated emails are redirected by your email provider.
  2. Order Confirmation: Ensure that your initial order confirmation arrived; if not, there may have been a typo in the email address provided at checkout.

If you still cannot locate your tracking details, please reach out to our support team at hello@tryearthbound.com. Include your name and order number, and we will manually provide your status update within 24 hours.
