Do I need to be in direct contact with the sheets?
Grounding sheets are designed for skin contact — the conductive silver fibers work best touching your skin, so lighter sleepwear or bare skin gives the most direct connection.
How do I care for them?
Wash gently and avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh detergents, which can affect the conductive fibers over time. Follow the care card included with your sheets to keep them performing.
