What do grounding patches actually do?
They bring grounding to one specific spot on your body instead of all of it. Each patch is a soft pad with a conductive gel center that sticks to your skin, then connects through the included cord to the grounding port of a standard outlet — placing that area in direct contact with the Earth's free electrons.
