How do I clean it?
You don't wash it - you wipe it. A damp cloth with a little mild soap, or a solvent-free wipe, takes care of dust, skin oils and the odd coffee ring; unplug the cord first and let it dry before you plug back in. That's all the care it needs for years of daily use.
Skip the washing machine, soaking, bleach and alcohol-based cleaners. None of them are needed, and because the conductive layer is carbon fiber rather than silver thread, there's nothing to wear away: the mat conducts the same after a thousand wipe-downs as it did on day one. If it ever looks dull, the free outlet tester confirms your outlet is still grounded - the mat itself doesn't fade.

I've had neck pain due to sleeping on so many different pillows in hotel rooms when traveling for work. I started using the pillow case at home first and my neck pain started to subside. Now I take it whenever I travel and I haven't had any neck pain since and can sleep on a lot of different pillows! Highly recommend!
I got hit by a car when i was 18, 78 now, and fractured my pelvic bone. I have issued with the L4 and L5 and see a chiropractor. I have used the grounding sheets for about a year, but I switched to this mattress pad because of how you have to carefully wash them. I truly LOVE this pad. I sleep thru the night, except for 1 or 2 bathroom breaks, with no pain. I can get back into bed and fall back to sleep, no problem..Highly recommend.
The first night I put this on my bed, I felt relaxed and slept better than I have in ages. I'm a HORRIBLE sleeper (always have been) and this has helped me to fall back asleep during the night and sleep deeper, waking up refreshed (or sometimes a bit sleepy still because I'm so relaxed!). I found out I was using this upside down for nearly a month but it still worked for me. I bought my daughter one, too, to try and she has said the same thing. She's sleeping better and her shoulder doesn't hurt as much when she's sleeping on this. I just upgraded to the mattress pad for her and can't wait for it to arrive and see how much more it may help her!

I was impressed with the obvious quality. This thing is reall well made. You feel like you are getting your moneys worth. I would have given it 5 stars, but honestly I can't quantify how well it works. I do sleep great on it.
A great option for grounding. I have previously used other grounding sheets but never of this quality. It was easy to place using the straps that wrap around the mattress. I had hesitated thinking that I would have to wrestle with the thick mattress, but that was not an issue in any way. I'm sleeping very well and notice a big difference when I travel from home for a few days and don't have the benefit of a grounding sheet. I highly recommend!
Had owned two sheets (not Earthbound) in the past, but both didn’t last long! Finally purchased the Earthbound mat and love it! Love that I can use my own sheet but more then that, my knee pain had returned while not using grounding and I am sleeping better and the knee pain has subsided! Grounding is for real, and I’ll never be without the Earthbound mat!
We live on a boat and bought it for use in the marina when we have shore power. It works great on the Queen bed even with one edge of the being smaller. We are both over 65 and it seems to help us sleep better and longer.
Well, being older - with frozen shoulder, arthritis all along the right side joints . . . I'm able to sleep a lot better and more deeply. I still don't have a lot of energy during the day, but it's improving now that the warmer weather is finally here !
I Did not expect very much from this May but I was willing to give it a try. It has exceeded my expectations and improved the quality of my sleep. It's been great so far ... first ordered the mattress topper ... but I had some silver infused sheets and we thought that they might be interfering with it. So I got rid of the sheets (returned them actually) and then I didn't want to take any chances of not getting results because I was not actively touching the topper, so I ordered the fitted sheet. Now I am using both and MIGHT send back the topper ... haven't decided yet. BUT my husband and I are BOTH sleeping WONDERFULLY and I have Fibromyalgia have been feeling much better (lower inflammation) !!! Just what the doctor ordered ... AND great customer service doesn't hurt !!! Thanx soooo much for the great job & products !!! BTW I had never HEARD of grounding before you and (of course) had skepticism before ordering. This is the king bed and the grounding cover fits the entire mattress which ensures that you are grounded throughout the night, regardless of your position in the bed. My order was timely and we absolutely love love it. Our sleep is greatly improved, and I cannot imagine being without it now.

I am thrilled about having a grounding Rod! That is so vital to my lifestyle. I absolutely love camping out and with the grounding Rod I can camp anywhere and still be able to use my Mattresses pad because I am Grounded by Earth. I received my queen mattress pad and installed it the next day. It was several days before I felt any difference. Now I wake up with no pain anywhere. This company is amazing and the customer service was fabulous. The mattress pad is warm but could be just me. This picture shows a queen size cover on my king size it works fabulous as only me in this big bed. I’ve now received the king size one. I’ve also purchased extra for both daughters and g’daughter. Don’t think just using a grounding sheet is going to help… Definitely add a grounding pillowcase into the mix! This has been a huge game changer. I have slept so much better and gotten full night sleep since using this pillowcase. I wake up with less pain, less aches and more movement in my neck than before I use this. I highly recommend it will continue using this!

I really enjoyed this product. I thought that the initial set up was super easy and efficient. I was a little unsure how comfortable this pillowcase would be at first because of its texture but after trying it out I ended up loving it!
First night was weird. Was very buzzy all over but that wore off after a night or two. Sleep was off for a week or two meaning that I would sleep for 4 hrs then wake for 2 and back asleep for 3-4 hrs before going to work. Now after a month sleeping well all night but waking at 5 am ready to go. Have not decided if that is good or bad yet.
Earthbound Grounding sheet is the softest and most breathable sheet I've ever felt. Testing and install only took a few minutes. I like that the cors and the stretchy support bands give you room and options for placement. It's undetectable under my sheet. This is of interest to me because I've been struggling with restful sleep and some inflammatory issues lately. I'm really hoping to see improvement over the coming weeks.
This grounding pillowcase has been an effective addition to my sleep routine. It’s very comfortable, breathable and easy to use.
As a busy mom to three young kids, I don't always get as much sleep as I should. So I'm doing everything I can to ensure the sleep I do get is really good, quality rest. It's only been about a week with my grounding pad, but I feel my sleep is so much deeper and more restful than previously. My random little aches and pains have eased, and I wake up feeling more rested and refreshed! I truly can't feel it under my sheets, which is amazing - just get to experience all the benefits.
Great product! I’ve noticed a difference with my skin and face. I sleep better as well. I do think a plug should come with the product though so you don’t have to buy something else and possibly expand the pillowcases to fit king sized pillows as well. I absolutely love this grounding pad! After using it for a week, I've noticed that I fall asleep quicker and without relying on sleep aids. Putting the pad on was a breeze and very simple! The material is breathable (I don't get warm!) and you can't even tell it's under your sheet. Simply a 5 out of 5! You must try one!
I like this product! It has a very nice smooth feel and breathable material. It can be easily wiped down with a damp cloth or cleaning wipe. The two huge elastic bands fit nicely around my king-size mattress to keep it in place.

I live the feel of this. It's not bulky or scratchy. It's super thin and fits comfortably under your sheet without you feeling it. It's super easy to put on. Easy to plug in.
