Thanks for the start of my restorative sleep again
After dealing with serious menopausal symptoms, including lack of sleep, nervousness...etc. I starting looking elsewhere than medications that were making it worse. I pulled a blind folded study on my husband and decided not to tell him that it was on our bed. After a couple of weeks, I noticed, and he also mentioned, that he is sleeping deeper. This pad is worth every penny
The grounding mat is excellent. It fully covers and stays in place on our king bed. Our normal wake up - all body pain and stiffness- has become a memory as we wake up almost pain and stiffness free. Slow to tell, slow to feel
Slow to tell. Slow to feel. I am in constant extreme pain. Did the grounding mat help. 100%. Did I feel it right away...no. it's been weeks. Do I feel it now...absolutely 100% yes. I am able to get out of bed easier
I feel like the mattress pad is really helping with my pain in the morning. I am able to get out of bed easier and seem to be sleeping more deeply and waking less times a night. It has only been about a month and am hoping that this will continue to improve as more time goes on.
I was finally able to fall asleep
I've only used it a few nights and am already seeing a difference in sleep quality. I have arthritis and the first night was painful. I had been traveling for a week and the night after I returned was especially painful after a day of shuttles, airports, and flying. Mat probably reduced the pain enough I was finally able to fall asleep. I take no prescription or otc pain meds, so it may have been a pretty good test. Last night was far better and slept quietly and well. Looking forward to even longer sleep periods with less and less pain.
I have rarely ever slept through the entire night
Simply Amazing. I am 45 years old and ever since I can remember I have rarely ever slept through the entire night. This is a major improvement in my life
I have used the grounding mat before, but it was rather small and would move in the night. This is amazing. It works amazing and I could tell the next morning when I woke up. I had been a bit skeptical
I just love the mattress pad. I had been a bit skeptical but thought what have you got lose, other than money, Let me tell you it was the best purchase ever. I had trouble falling asleep with my insomnia and pain from neuropathy. I tried cannabis which sometimes helped with sleep but did nothing for my neuropathy. Once we put on the mattress pad things started to change. After the first night I was able to fall asleep within minutes and the best part, neuropathy no longer bothered me at night and sleep through the night only to get up to use the bathroom and was then able to fall back asleep almost immediately.
I’m ecstatic and would recommend it to anyone
I have struggled with insomnia my whole life. I tried EVERYTHING. Sleep studies, feng shui, no electronics, sleep apps, plus the nightly concoction of pills that “kind of” worked was ridiculous….Ambien, melatonin, 2 Benadryl. Maybe I’ll be asleep by 1AM. Nothing worked. I’ve been using the grounding mat for a month. The first week I was skeptically enthusiastic but still suspicious. I thought it was probably psychosomatic and would quit working. I’m a month in, and I’m still not sure I understand, but this mat is a miracle. I sleep. I fall asleep much more quickly, I relax and I stay asleep. Like a full night of sleep! I can’t tell you the last time I slept all night….my typical routine was 3-4 nights of little to no sleep and then a night where I would crash but was restless and still woke up tired. I have slept every night. Even my husband is amazed. I also travel for work. I bought a twin size to travel with and I am sleeping really well while traveling also. I chose the mat over the sheets because I thought it would last longer and would be cleaner. I’m ecstatic and would recommend anyone with sleep issues to try it. Don't feel the need to take a nap after lunch anymore
I have definitely noticed that I am sleeping much more soundly and a bit longer than usual for me. In return, my energy level has risen, but at 80, I'm not sure how much of an improvement I can expect. I don't feel the need to take a nap after lunch on a regular basis anymore.

Does a grounding yoga mat actually work?
Yes — a grounding yoga mat delivers the same earth connection as practicing barefoot outdoors, brought indoors to your floor. The conductive carbon fiber surface connects, through the included cord, to the grounding port of a standard outlet, placing your bare hands and feet in direct contact with the Earth's free electrons. This is the same principle, called grounding or earthing, that researchers have studied for years. Research suggests that this kind of direct contact with the earth may help support a calmer nervous system, healthy circulation, and recovery. The mat simply lets you stay connected through your entire practice, with nothing between your skin and the conductive surface.
How does the grounding yoga mat work?
Roll the mat out, snap the included cord onto it, and plug the other end into the grounding port of a standard outlet. From there, the conductive carbon fiber surface places your body in contact with the Earth's free electrons, drawn in through your home's grounding wire. Practice barefoot, with bare hands on the mat, so your skin makes direct contact. There is no electricity flowing through the mat to you — only the Earth's natural electrons travel through the connection.
Do I need to be barefoot for it to work?
Direct skin contact gives you the strongest connection, so practicing barefoot with bare hands on the mat is ideal — that's how most people use it. There's no fabric layer between you and the conductive surface, which is the whole point. Moisture from practice only strengthens the connection, so the harder you flow, the better the contact.
Is it safe? Does electricity run through it?
No electricity ever flows through the mat to you. It connects only to the grounding wire in your outlet — the same wire that safely carries excess charge to the earth — and draws in the Earth's free electrons, nothing more. The included cord has a built-in current-limiting resistor as an added safety measure. We recommend testing your outlet with the included tester before first use, and, as a simple precaution, disconnecting during thunderstorms.
How do I set it up?
Setup takes under a minute. First, plug the included outlet tester into your wall socket to confirm it's properly grounded. Then roll out the mat, snap one end of the cord to it, and plug the other end into the outlet's grounding port. That's it — roll out, connect, and you're grounded. No apps, no charging, and nothing to maintain.
What size and thickness is it, and how do I care for it?
The mat measures 72" x 24" (182 x 61 cm) with a 4mm cushioned, non-slip surface — sized for a full range of poses and thick enough to support the joints. Because it's conductive carbon fiber, it's inert and won't oxidize or lose conductivity the way silver-threaded mats can over time. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth as needed, and avoid soaking or harsh solvents. It rolls up flat for travel and storage.
How is this different from the mattress pad?
They solve different problems. The mattress pad keeps your whole body grounded passively while you sleep — broad, all-night coverage. The yoga mat grounds you while you move, through direct barefoot and hands-on contact during practice. Your session already draws the body toward calm and recovery, and the mat extends that window rather than waiting for sleep. Many people use both — the yoga mat for practice, the pad in bed — for grounded contact around the clock.
