The GroundingWell™ Bedsheet is a one-size strip, 104.3 by 19.7 inches, woven from 95% organic cotton and 5% conductive silver, listed at $99.90 with a 90-day money-back guarantee. It grounds you where your skin touches the strip. Six things to check before buying: the format, the care rules, what is in the box, the resistor, the warranty, and the review count.
1. It is a strip, not a fitted sheet
The product page lists one size: 104.3" × 19.7" (265 cm × 50 cm), "wide enough to fit across all mattress sizes." That means a band roughly 20 inches deep laid across the bed, which you lie on with bare skin or thin clothing, rather than a sheet that covers the mattress. GroundingWell also sells a separate fitted sheet. If you move in your sleep, a strip grounds you only while part of you is on it.
2. The care rules
GroundingWell's wash instructions are detailed: hand wash recommended or gentle machine cycle, cold water only, air dry only, no tumble dry, no bleach, fabric softener, whitening or oxi-detergents, dryer sheets or detergents containing oils, no ironing, and wait an hour after lotions before touching the sheet. The page says using any of those "could damage the silver threads and reduce the effectiveness of the sheets or make them nonconductive." That is an honest description of woven silver.
3. What is in the box, and what isn't
Listed contents: one bedsheet, one connection cord, a grounding converter if you are outside North America, and an instructional guide. A free socket tester is listed as included with every order. The resistor shown in the product gallery is labeled 50k ohm. No warranty is stated on the product page; the guarantee is 90 days money-back, and the page says you can return it after sleeping on it.
4. Reviews and claims
The page shows 2,196 reviews with a note that some are from related products the merchant grouped with this one, and a separate "4.95/5 by 200+ happy customers" line further down. The benefit copy is broad; the bedsheet page lists effects from insomnia to glucose regulation and anti-aging. Read the specification sections rather than the benefit grid.
5. How it compares to a carbon pad
The Earthbound® Grounding Mattress Pad is the opposite construction: a conductive carbon surface in true mattress sizes that goes under your fitted sheet, is wiped rather than laundered, and carries a 90-night trial plus a lifetime warranty. If the strip format or the care routine gives you pause, that is the alternative to compare.

Materials: 75% Breathable Vegan Leatherette, 25% Conductive Carbon Fiber - Graphene Blend. Color: Black with breathable perforations. The surface is a soft vegan leatherette blended with conductive carbon fiber, BPA- and phthalate-free and dermatologically tested, so it's comfortable even for the most sensitive skin.
Care Information: Solvent-free wipe-down, occasional cold wash when needed. Will not degrade like silver.
Do I need bare skin contact? No. Near Field Earthing works through a layer of fabric like your fitted sheet or pajamas, so you can sleep normally and still stay grounded.
How do I set it up? Lay the pad under your fitted sheet, plug the grounding cord into a grounded wall outlet, and sleep. No apps, no charging, nothing to remember. A region-specific outlet adapter is included. FREE Outlet Tester included with every order.
Will it last? Yes. It is built from conductive carbon fiber, which will not oxidize or lose conductivity over time, unlike silver-thread products. It is a buy-it-once product, backed by a lifetime warranty.
Is it safe? The grounding cord includes a built-in 100k ohm resistor for safety. No electricity flows into the pad. Only the Earth's free electrons.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Ground consistently for 30 nights. If you are not satisfied, you get a full refund for up to 90 days after delivery.
Shipping: Orders ship within 24–48 hours. Shipping is free on orders over $50, which includes every mattress pad. We ship only from tryearthbound.com — never through Amazon or other marketplaces.
Frequently asked questions
Is GroundingWell a legitimate company?
Its product page lists shipping from the USA, a free socket tester with every order and a 90-day money-back guarantee, and it sells real conductive products. Read the specifications and care rules before buying, as with any brand.
How do GroundingWell sheets work?
A 5% silver weave in the cotton conducts the outlet's ground to your skin. You lay the strip across the bed, plug the cord into the ground port, and lie on it with bare skin or a thin layer of clothing.
Can you machine wash GroundingWell sheets?
The brand recommends hand washing, or a gentle machine cycle in cold water only, and air drying only. Bleach, softener, dryer sheets and oily or whitening detergents are listed as things that can make the sheet nonconductive.
Does GroundingWell have a warranty?
The product page states a 90-day money-back guarantee. No warranty period is stated on the page as of October 21, 2026.
What is a better alternative to a silver grounding strip?
A mattress-sized carbon pad that grounds through your fitted sheet, so coverage and washing stop being issues. The Earthbound® Grounding Mattress Pad lists that, plus a 90-night trial and lifetime warranty.
